Our Rates
We tailor make each individual package to suit your budget and your needs. All of our quotes are based on the number of guests (PAX) you plan to have to attend your event. This is to maintain a proper balance with your gaming capacity and to ensure that no table for which you have paid stands empty during the evening.
Our Vegas Nights Rates are subject to each client’s individual requirements but will also vary based on the following criteria:
- The Time of year – Our Vegas Nights Rates will vary depending on whether you book your event during Peak or Off Peak Seasons
- The Type of Event – Corporate, Private, Charity or Fundraiser each have their own rate structure.
- Transport Requirements – If your event takes place outside the major cities ie. Gauteng, Cape Town or Durban we may need to charge for travel and in some instances for staff accommodation (Depending on distance).
- Your budget – We will structure your event to suit your budget. By chatting to us we can best advise you on how to get the most out of your fun gaming event with us.
